FREQUENT QUESTIONS:

1. Motor can’t find satellites.
Motor follows the arc on geo-stationary orbit, therefore it is necessary to set the whole system on the arc after composing motorized KIT. After that it  will be able to receive signals. It cannot make by its own.

2. Signal not found.
Satellites are situated on geo-stationary orbit above equator. This is visible like arc on the southern side of sky with top directly abouve the south (see the theory of satellites). Motor should be fixed to the south and rotated by receiver with go to X function to satellite, which is the most southern (for longitude 14E ->Hotbird 13E, for longitude 5E->Sirius 5E). Next, we move the system to the left-right and elevate the antenna for several degrees around the line (see settings). We move slowly and watch the power of signal on  receiver. If still not ound, try to do with some other transpoder (frequency). Between movements wait for several tenths of second so that receiver can receive signal and show the power. 

3. No picture.
If you recently bought receiver and recently set signals (arc), you should put automatic channel search (see settings). Receiver with rotate the motor from satellite to satellite and scan frequencies (it lasts approximately one hour). You can save the found channels and  you will be able to see the picture.

Signal can be present but vidoe and audio information is not available or codified. In such case  No A/V or "name_code_system" will be written at the top left of receiver.

5. How many and which channels can be received by your system? 
Satellite receiver without cam can receive only free channels. Their nmber vary between 500 and 700, regarding only digital TV. The number depends on antenna, right setting, time (some programs are broadcasted only at determined hours). Radio channels are regarded separately and are received in the same number.
